A selection of courses include: child development, caring for infants and toddlers, developing learning tools and teaching resources, planning learning activities for kids, working with children who have special needs, job duties of a child care administrator, and CPR and First Aid. Students can also earn college credit or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Michigan Child Care Futures Project classes are offered free of charge. Fees apply for other classes. Classes are held at various Oakland County locations.
